I am Jenaye Aldridge. I teach second grade at Benton Elementary in Columbia, MO.
This is my 9th year teaching. I taught four years at a Charter school in Kansas City, MO. I have been at Benton for 5 years now. I absolutely love second grade.
I am originally from Independence, MO. I went to Truman High School. Then completed my Associate's Degree in two years from MCC. Then went on to complete my Bachelor's in two years from Graceland University. I recently completed my Master's in Leadership from Columbia College and will be taking my exam from my Principal's Certification soon.
I have been married for six years now. My husband and I have a giant dog, named Sophie. She is a 100 pound mastiff. She is very spoiled!
